3:30 pm - 5:00 pm ~ Auction
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm - Picnic (Bring your own picnic and treats to share)
5:30 pm - 6:00 pm ~ Business Meeting
6:00 pm - 6:30 pm ~ Show & Tell
Our May Meeting will be an auction where Members are asked to donate quilt-related items such as UFO's, fabric bundles, patterns, kits, rulers, etc.
Please place items in a clear plastic bag marked with a brief description of your donation.
Drop off begins at 2:30 pm where you'll be met by a group of volunteers to register your donation(s) and assign you a bidder's paddle.
Kathie Fadigan from Dana Balsamos Auctions, LLC will host our live auction.
Checks or cash will be accepted.
Proceeds from the auction sales will go to a local charity, Safe Harbor.
Bring your own lunch and treats to share.
